Bringing banks closer to their customers

A detailed discovery process revealed banks had become disconnected from their customers. In addition, customers were becoming increasingly frustrated with the length of mortgage processes with many financial institutions still using legacy infrastructure and manual processes. To position the SBS mortgage platform, Curious Cat Digital developed the concept of “people-centric banking”, where technology became the enabler for better relationships and more satisfied customers.
