Position Overview
We’re looking for a talented Digital Account Manager with 3-5 years’ experience in similar roles to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding digital marketing strategy and implementing successful campaigns across paid media, SEO, content marketing, organic social and email marketing. Ideally, with experience in fintech, financial services or tech. This role requires an adaptive individual capable of managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
Day-to-day you will collaborate with the MD and delivery team to creatively plan and deliver strategy and plans accurately and on time, to exceed client expectations. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact, fully accountable for campaign success.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be an important part of our Client Services function.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, acting as their outsourced Digital Marketing expert.
Gain a thorough understanding of clients’ products and services.
Act as the main client point of contact, responsible for ensuring all communications meet the SLA.
Make timely recommendations on strategy, campaigns and market trends proactively, to add value, improve performance or build on results.
Develop and orchestrate detailed marketing and channel plans aligned to account-based marketing and demand generation strategies.
Plan and take part in audience and product workshops with clients to help identify unique positioning and messaging.
Conduct competitor analysis to highlight areas of opportunity across content, SEO and advertising.
Lead clients in rolling out 3-6 month multi-channel marketing plans aligned to their strategy and regularly feed back on campaign performance.
Visualising and articulating campaign execution into creative delivery, across copy and design.
Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders within clients' businesses.
Lead account planning meetings with the internal team.
Manage client projects to time and budget using the agency project management system, Teamwork.
Work closely with the delivery team to execute campaigns to the highest standard.
Skills & Experience
Experienced in B2B and B2C marketing, with a strong understanding of the key differences
Experienced in delivering complex and detailed multi-channel digital campaigns
Educated to A Level or above, and/or an equivalent marketing qualification
Ideally have experience in Fintech, Financial Services and/or B2B Tech
Able to achieve a high level of client satisfaction and build meaningful relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with gravitas, and present information in a thoughtful and visually appealing way
Excellent client service skills, able to project manage, oversee campaigns efficiently and effectively collaborate with the delivery team
